STAY TO SAVE POLICY
Before registering, please review the Stay To SAVE policy below.
This tournament has a Stay to Save policy. All out of town teams have reduced rates provided at the hotels listed below. If you book through the agents below before the cut off date, your team will have a lower rate compared to booking on your own. We can only offer this opportunity if you book before the cut off date, which in most cases is before Dec 30th, 2024.
Team managers should click here to reserve a block of rooms at each hotel.
Out of town teams must book rooms Friday – Sunday. Due to anticipated growth, finals may be played as late as 7:30pm on Sunday, Feb 2nd and teams should plan accordingly for their travel. Please note, the airport is one hour from the venue; code is PIT.
Saturday Games – Plan your team’s travel expecting to play your first game as early as 8 am Saturday, Feb 1. ALL teams must be available to play at that time.
